Shipping Destinations

We currently offer international shipping to many countries and regions around the world.

Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country, local customs regulations, import restrictions, and other shipping conditions.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Japan.

For standard in-stock items, we aim to prepare your order for shipment within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time after shipment varies depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local postal conditions.

Please note that customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

Made-to-order and Pre-order items may require additional time for preparation. Please see the information below.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other local taxes depending on the destination country.

These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

However, for certain destinations where we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, applicable import duties may be included in the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Made-to-order & Pre-order Items

Made-to-order and Pre-order items are produced after your order is confirmed.

For these items, we may contact you to confirm your preferred color, kimono fabric, or pattern before production.

Because each item is carefully made using selected vintage kimono fabrics, Made-to-order and Pre-order items may require more time to prepare and ship than standard in-stock items.

One-of-a-kind Kimono Fabrics

Many KIMONO⁺on items are made using vintage kimono fabrics, and each fabric has its own unique pattern, color, and character.

For this reason, the appearance of an item may vary slightly depending on the available vintage kimono fabric.

We will do our best to provide an item that reflects the beauty and character shown in the product listing.
