Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with its original packaging and tags, where applicable. You will also need proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to reasons other than an issue caused by KIMONO⁺on, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged before delivery, or you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us before returning the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and cover the appropriate return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been customized or made according to the customer's specific request, including special sizing or personalized specifications
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items damaged or altered due to circumstances attributable to the customer
- Items returned without prior approval from KIMONO⁺on

One-of-a-Kind Vintage Kimono Items
Many KIMONO⁺on products are made using vintage kimono fabrics.
Because each vintage kimono is unique, the exact placement of colors, patterns, and motifs may vary from the images shown on our website.
These natural differences are part of the character and beauty of each one-of-a-kind piece and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please contact us to discuss the available options. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies where required by applicable law.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the customer receives the goods.
Certain exceptions may apply, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized items.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning the goods, provided that you were informed of this before purchase.

Refunds
